Panchakarma is a traditional Ayurvedic cleansing and rejuvenation process aimed at restoring balance within the body. Patient Enquiry & Connection
The patient contacts the center from Maharashtra or any other location and is then connected to the nearest SUPA Coordinator (LSUP/LSC).
Step 3 & 4
Medical History & Consultation Booking
Detailed fertility history and previous treatment records are collected, and an appointment is scheduled with Dr. Prakash Patil Sir or Ketki Madam.
Step 5 & 6
Expert Consultation & Planning
The couple discusses fertility concerns with Dr. Prakash Patil Sir / Ketki Madam and receives investigation advice. After reports are reviewed, a customized Plan of Treatment and treatment packages are shared.
Step 7
Registration & Treatment Initiation
Patient registration is completed and the pre-IVF protocol begins.
Step 8
Pre-IVF Ayurveda Treatment
Pre-IVF Ayurveda treatment is administered.

Monitoring Schedule
Monitoring is conducted on Day 21, Day 2, Day 7, Day 12 And Day 14

Travel to IVF Center
The couple is advised to visit the Panvel, Pune, or Nashik center.

Day 12 Final Scan
TVS, trigger injections, and E2 and P4 blood reports are completed online.

Ovum Pick-up Procedure
D14 / D15 Egg Retrieval (Ovum Pick-up) & Post Pick-up Monitoring

Embryo Transfer
Online sonography reports are reviewed. After 45 days, luteal support is stopped to avoid pregnancy loss, followed by supportive treatment.

Pregnancy Follow-Up
A 15-day follow-up and pregnancy confirmation are performed.

D3 / D5 Embryo Transfer and post-transfer guidance are provided.
